These versions were tested this spring on a ubuntu 20.04.6 virtual machine (tested tools based on the setup instructions):

pkg-config: 0.29.1     (latest)
openjdk:    17.0.7     (latest)
git:        2.25.1     (latest)
cmake:      3.16.3     (latest)
antlr:      4.13.0     (latest)
llvm:       16.0.6     (latest)

Need to also update anything needed to build and run assignments (clang, ...)
