When trying to generate the schematic from the script Eagle 8.4.3 (Professional license) complains that LED@Controller is missing, nothing else. How could I fix this?

You have to append the part's footprint variant like LED-SMD@Controller or LED-THT@Conroller. You can see it in the library viewer if you select the LED device
