Random ERR_QUIC_PROTOCOL_ERROR.QUIC_NETWORK_IDLE_TIMEOUT in chrome during video streaming

I am using a server based on the example app to stream video to a DASH.js player in the browser. At the seemingly random moments, the stream stops working with an ERR_QUIC_PROTOCOL_ERROR.QUIC_NETWORK_IDLE_TIMEOUT in the chrome dev tools network status. I have attached a zip file containing qlogs from the server, the chrome netlog, and the trace output from the server.
