Make Wrangler commands docs page easier to discover Workers commands #28987

What changes are you suggesting?
With this change:

It's harder to go to this page and quickly go find something like wrangler versions commands
https://developers.cloudflare.com/workers/wrangler/commands/
go to the page and cmd+f for "workers" and unclear from the list where to find Workers set of commands even though these are the core most important commands for wrangler (they are in "General commands" section)
Need to:
- make it clear on the main page where to find the Wrangler commands for Workers
- Instead of having all the Workers commands within "General commands" — Workers should have its own page
