This will prevent customers from initiating their first deployments in the current Boxfuse default region (eu-central-1) which might not be their first choice.

test and prod environments should only be created after that selection has been made, to ensure they reside in the correct region.

A side effect of this is that Boxfuse will no longer have a default for the AWS region. We believe this is a good thing.
