wish: update docs to mention RAID

Thanks for this tool.

If would be helpful if the README was updated to note if this tool supports EBS volumes that are part of a RAID array. I expect it would successfully backup each EBS volume, the question is whether group of backed up volumes could still later work as a functioning array.
