Update the Pages docs around env variables, conditional rendering, and pages-provided directives to make it easier to answer questions like:

  • How do I make some tags show up only on prod builds?
  • How do I make some code only work on preview branches?
  • Does pages block search engines from indexing my preview builds?
  • How should I handle baseurls in my code or sitemap?
  • etc

These text updates could be on either or both of these pages, linking between them, etc:
https://cloud.gov/pages/documentation/env-vars-on-pages-builds/
https://cloud.gov/pages/documentation/supported-site-engines/

Feel free to revise the page structure as necessary.
