Summary

Add C++ to server module language support.
Add C++ event table definition and publishing examples.
Replace stale python dev client language example with supported values.
Note the C++ event-table macro form in the C++ server skill.

Validation

npm exec --yes pnpm@10.16.0 -- build from docs/
git diff --check

Could not run cargo check -p spacetimedb-cli because cargo is not installed in this runtime.
