$app = new \Slim\Slim(array('view' => new \Slim\Views\Blade(),'templates.path' => '/templates'));

for this

$app = new \Slim\Slim(array('view' => new \Slim\Views\Blade(),'templates.path' => dirname(FILE) .'/templates'));

and in your file helpers.php line 493

if ( ! function_exists('base_path'))
{
