Multiple possible levels. Think with the pôle logistique about what is simpler. Currently, there is a google form for renting, and google sheets for inventory (the latter is not fully public).

At the most integrated level, have a dedicated list and borrowing form. The list of stuff is formatted specially, you can browse everything, select, see calendar of availability,... directly from the website. See Agepol'y truffe for example. Too heavy but good insight.

On the other side of the spectrum, simply put somewhere a link to the renting form, and a link to the matos list (maybe some view of the public stuff). Uglier, but easier to manage.

Important to talk between IT-logistique to elaborate a way that is as nice as possible for user, but also friendly to devs, and easy to maintain for log (aka not having to PR every time we have a new fork). To discuss...

This issue is being worked on via the Treuf project, whose specs are known among the current committee. Briefly, the goal is to host a very simple homemade responsive tool for renting stuff from CLIC. Accessing the service would require a Tequila login, non-specific to IC students since any association should be able to borrow from us. This is linked to the CLIC authentication issue #159, where one would access features reserved to IC students via a Tequila login too.
