What happened?

Shooting a cop or gang member that turned agro with a pistol or flaregun( maybe other weapons too) results in a crash. Often for more than 1 person nearby but not everyone.

Expected result

Not a crash.

Reproduction steps

Go to megamall. Or the subway near rockford church.
Find a cop or gang member.
Aim your gun or shoot the ground so they agro at you.
Shoot the cop or gang member.
Instant crash.
