Easier to find Rename Files Feature

Currently, files can be renamed through the file open/save dialog, but to make it more intuitive, clicking the displayed filename could directly bring this up. If the file is a new document, the save as dialog can just come up. Otherwise the move/rename dialog could directly be displayed.

I'm thinking maybe a context menu after #352 is done. It could include items like rename, save, save as. Possibly some of the other options in the file box like download too. For mobile it would probably be holding your finger on the tab for a moment to get the context menu to appear. This may or may not replace some buttons at the top (probably not).
