Alphas aren't applying as they should.

I'm not sure if it's a Second Life thing as I haven't ran into this issue on viewers. But when applying alphas on radegast, either the alpha removes another alpha or it doesn't apply at all. I didn't have this issue with previous version and unfortunately after weeks of trying, there's no workaround.
