LinkML provides facilities for automatic generation of web documentation about a model, from the annotation of the model in the core data schema (YAML) file. A recent example of such generated documentation is here.
The DataHarmonizer does have nice help menu, i.e.
It might be nice to have the Reference Guide help submenu item be permitted to the LinkML documentation.
Also, (I think) the Get Latest Release points to the DataHarmonizer software rather than an updated version of the model.
Thirdly, the "Contact Us" points to the DataHarmonizer development team. That's fine but in addition, it would be helpful for users of a given DataHarmonizer installation to also be given contact details for the curator of (LinkML?) data model being hosted in the tool.
Although the focus above is on the Help drop down menu, I do notice in passing that some of the other menu .. submenu items might have some potential for site-specific customization.

Thanks for this feedback! We'll have another DH design meeting in the New Year to set priorities about menu system options and links and will review this wish-list then!
