Design modules and auxiliary functions for drones in the spear project

Probably the nicest way to start @JedMuff :

• Define Core and Motor Module in a new drone package
• Manually build a ModularRobot -Drone
• Test functionality of the Motor with manually built robot
• Once functionality is there: Define a Module for connecting Motors to Body -> with logic of geometry
• Then think about the development using CPPNs or other encoding
• Finally you can do all operators for your EA
• (Try IsaacGym if needed)
