Taro 3.2.0 使用hooks语法，不能正常使用组件
1.下载组件后，组件内部有报错：downloadResourceTransit方法中， .then(() => {resolve();})有报错
2.使用发现报错信息：Unhandled promise rejection {errMsg: "downloadFile:fail createDownloadTask:fail exceed max download connection count 10"}
