if you're responding to my guildmate, his comments about tuning have merit. spells that are primarily a threat to non-tanks should not be buffed. our hp values are not any higher than they were in classic. even then, tank HP values aren't any higher either. Warrior tanks had ~20k hp going into Hyjal week 1 and we have the same. Yes, the widespread availability of cooldowns gives a greater level of survivability but tanks aren't avoidance-capped either? but that's another topic entirely that Deva wasn't bringing up
