The special behaviour in comic 1975 is not supported in XKCDs command-line interface.

Loading https://uni.xkcd.com/, then typing 'display 1975', then right-clicking the image, gives the normal browser context menu for saving an image, rather than the novelty menu shown through https://xkcd.com/.
