The docker compose installation instructions at https://github.com/chrivers/bifrost/blob/master/doc/docker-compose-install.md should contain an example docker-compose file.

Good point - we already have a mostly-complete docker-compose.yaml in the repository root, so I guess it's a matter of properly using that in the documentation?
