Hello,
I'm relatively new to VScode, and I can't get it to work. This is I have:
Version 1.23.1
Commit d0182c3417d225529c6d5ad24b7572815d0de9ac
Date 2018-05-10T17:11:17.614Z
Shell 1.7.12
Renderer 58.0.3029.110
Node 7.9.0
Architecture x64

I've looked at all the keyboard mappings and I can't find anything that would interfere with the Control+Shift+; key assignment.

If you go to settings --> keyboard shortcuts, and search for "Insert semicolon" you should be able to see what the hot key is currently mapped to. (probably ctrl + /). I submitted a request to fix this, I think it's cause by different keyboard layouts.
