MGRS above 84N and below 80S

MGRS and UTM uses the Universal Polar Stereographic coordinate system below -80 and above 84 - currently the library just throws an error.

Is there a plan to implement it?

Universal Polar Stereographic North and Universal Polar Stereographic South are entirely different coordinate systems from UTM (using stereographic projections rather than transverse mercator projections).

I'm afraid I have no plans to implement UPS/N or UPS/S conversions.
