This release updates K3s to version 1.21.1+k3s1. It also fixes an issue with setting the locale on the nodes.

This release tag marks a new version scheme, which is applied to this repository from now on and is based on the version scheme for K3s itself:

1. The part between the v character and the first + character is a semantic version which applies to the Kubernetes version which gets installed. It’s 1.21.0 in this case.
2. The part between the first and the second + character is build metadata which refers to the K3s distribution. It’s k3s1 in this case.
3. The remaining part is some more build metadata which refers to the version of Kalaxy (abbreviated to k4y) in this repository. It’s k4y1 in this case.
