launch-fleets freezes the game if aps-lite is active AND not all of the cracks bought

After BN5, Formulas.exe is available from the start, so launch-fleets can be run.
But in this case, the other programs aren't present.
As I've understood, the script assumes that they are all present (without BN5 nobody notices, because who on earth will buy Formulas skipping the previous progs).
But for some reason, it freezes only when aps-lite is also running. They run fine separately.
