Support for Other Options such as "date_time"

I see that costing options can be passed, but I would like to pass the departure time as well. That doesn't seem to be supported. Additionally, most of my interest is with routing via transit (costing_type = 'multimodal'). The R code explicitly checks for types auto, bicycle, pedestrian, or truck before setting costing_options. That would effectively filter out multimodal. Are there plans to add support for the current Valhalla API?
