What New Or Updated Would You Like To See?

Currently the documentation for the choco sync command raises a lot of questions and causes confusion. This should be improved to provide more information and additional clarity.

Why Is It Needed?

Clear documentation is good documentation, and sync is a very powerful feature that folks should understand and be able to leverage in their environments.

Additional Context?

Previously the documentation for the sync command briefly explained
what it was and how to use it, but left a lot of confusion with customers
attempting to leverage it.

This commit brings additional information about the feature, how to query
for useful information to aid in its use across versions, and provides
clear examples and additonal PowerShell code a customer could use for
automation in their environment.
