Is Your Feature Request Related To A Problem? Please describe.

Statiq provides the ability to use GitHub Gist shortcodes to embed Gists on pages. It would be interesting to see if this provides a better authoring experience wherein we could update the gist with code changes without needing to do work on the docs/blog repositories directly.

Describe The Solution. Why is it needed?

Same as above.

When you amend the scripts in the docs repository it's via a PR with a peer-review process. As far as I'm aware, gists don't have a peer-review process.
