Based on below document, we will perform a spike and come out with an analysis on it's feasibility and any challenges:

Update till 19-Jan-2022 :
set up the external 6.8 cluster.
Push data from automate to the ES6.8
Set up the Open-Search cluster 1.2.3
Move the "data" directory from ES-6.8 to Open-Search
Restart the Open-Search Cluster.
Open Search the able to read the Indicies from ES-6.8
Below is the sample json looks like : https://github.com/punitmundra/escheatsheet

24-25-Jan-2022:

  • Deployed the Automate with external open-search
  • Debugging the 5xx response while downloading the report.
