There is a config flag owner defined in the attributes file: https://github.com/chef-cookbooks/audit/blob/master/attributes/default.rb#L48

It does not appear to be referenced anywhere. Both the Automate and ChefServerAutomate reporters reference an owner, but it is parsed from a profile name or URL in these cases.
