Can't select created video wallpaper

As the title suggests, I added a video wallpaper using the wallpaper creator however i do not have an option to select it as one of my wallpapers.

After adding video wallpaper, you had to run this command that was displayed on the screen:
sudo mv /home/[User]/[Name of your Wallpaper]/System/Resources/Komorebi
Remove the box brackets
Did u do that?

After going through the process again, i ended up getting the option to select it. However i have a new problem, the video is not playing. It just comes up as a black screen. Does the file need to be a certain video type?
