Problem I have

I'm always frustrated when I want to choose the language my post is written in, and have to scroll through the very long list of languages I don't speak.

Solution I'd like

It'd be neat if either, phanpy sorted the list by frequency of use, or if there was some way to show the "known" languages, or favourites, at the top of the list
