i can not respond widget user from chatwoot #34

I receive all messages in Chatwoot, but when I respond from chatwoot I do not see this message appearing the the widget.

Any idea where to look?

Probably a different issue, but for what it's worth, I had the same problem, and it turned out I was not passing the user object properly (as described here: https://www.chatwoot.com/docs/product/channels/live-chat/integrations/react-native-widget/#props).
