Highlight [!NOTE], [!WARNING], etc. code blocks

Is there a way to support github's highlight methods, like described here
https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/16925

Looks like, for now, these blocks break rendering

Hey! This is a great idea. This probably belongs in https://github.com/charmbracelet/glamour though!

Do i get it right, glamour is a renderer for glow? If so, should i start discussion/issue there?
