Add fields to the surface the size of the downloadable asset:

  • Annotations (.ndjson, .mrc, .zarr)
  • Tomograms (.mrc, .zarr)
  • Tiltseries (.mrc, .zarr)
  • Frames (cumulative size)
  • Dataset (complete dataset)

Tasks:

  • Update db schema
  • Update import scripts
  • Run import scripts for all datasets
  • Update client
  • Update documentation
