Why isn't datcom included in the module?

Hello

I'm CEASIOM user.. I am interested in using digital datcom.
but I think, the SEASIOMpy module does not include digital datcom.
If you don't mind, may I ask why digital datcom is not included in the module?

Hello,
No unfortunately, Datcom never have been included in the Python version of CEASIOM. It was plan at the beginning but the conversion from CPACS to Datcom format required a lot of work. Furthermore, with better performance of today's computers, it has became easier to run VLM or even Euler calculations for aircraft design.
If you or someone you know plan to use Datcom with CPACS and maybe integrate itto CEASIOMpy I would be happy to help.
