User story

• As a filer, I want to be able to easily access a completed filing within the current filing period, so that I can view it.

Acceptance criteria

• Given a filer has submitted a filing within the current filing period, when they reach filing home, then they will see a card that informs them the filing has been received and provides a way for them to view it.

Technical tasks

Developers should create technical tasks and add links (below) prior to sprint planning.
