User story

• As a filer, I want to know I need to file financial institution identifying information as of December 31st of the activity year, so I can review my historical documents and confirm that the information displayed in the platform is complete and accurate.

Acceptance criteria

• Given I'm preparing to file, when I visit the platform I'm informed that the information on file should be accurate as of December 31st of the activity year, then I will know what historical documents I should reference to confirm and, if necessary, take the necessary steps to make corrections.
