User story

• As a filer, I want to know that my TIN is missing and required to file, so that I can provide the information needed to complete my filing.

Acceptance criteria

• Given a user reaches the sign and submit step, when they scroll to the financial institution identifying information section and see that their TIN value is blank, then they see a visual indicator showing that they have not yet provided a TIN and they see instructions on how to address this.

Should users that can provide their TIN in our system (those without RSSD IDs) still have access to the pressure valve or should they make the update at the Update your financial institution profile page outside of the filing flow?
