As of #38, the dashboard now lists the most recent report date for each tested URL. But the landing page is always sorted alphabetically by URL. It would be nice to be able to also sort by report date, either by most recent or least recent.

Per @anselmbradford we have an existing design system pattern for sortable tables that we could use for this.
