These files should be stored in https://github.com/cfpb/HMDA_Data_Science_Kit/tree/master/documentation_resources/mlar/

The files should contain the following columns:

field name
field data type
field valid values (as applicable based on data type)
data source (institution vs derived by CFPB)

These files need to be CSVs.
