I am using usbip to access remote rtl-sdr but after attaching the device it doesn't show the device properly attached

which version do you use?
type:
#-$ usbip version & usbip --debug
in server and client ?

In the client usbip 1.0.0 and in the server usbip-utils 2.0

the versions must match so that they work ^^
