MarginalisedIntegratedEnergyLikelihood missing Ereco cuts from data

There should be some cut in ereco on the normalisation (i.e. integral) in the _calc_likelihood method.
Idea for solution is in __init__ where the cdf's are pre-calculated to query the event files if there are events in the current reco energy bin, if not: set value of cdf to zero.

Presumably applies to all other energy likelihoods used with the 2021 data release.
