In order to make ceramic usable, it needs to have proper documentation:

Mandatory

Document ceramic.yml project format
Document ceramic commands to create, build and run a project

Nice to have

Document how to create a custom plugin (needs [tools] Allow to add custom plugins #9 and [plugins] Improve plugin dev workflow #10 to be done first)
