Implementation ideas

Add dashboard to the repo, that can be used by node runners to view metrics of nodes.

What dashboard is in use currently? Referencing an old one I worked on previously from #1990 , is this still relevant to be added? https://github.com/celestiaorg/celestia-node/pull/1990/files#diff-3e6208fb3f6ae19de3f72d66fe1679fdf782909add84dedd9f0d06704829ff81

@derrandz Good question!
The goal here is to provide a dashboard with basic coverage of all or most modules that could be used for debugging purposes. We have one we use internally and it is different from the one you mentioned.

I've looked into the mentioned dashboard and It is difficult to see from the JSON representation how it looks and if it is still usable. Perhaps, as a first step, we will add our internal dashboard. Then we can improve it with additional PRs by adding extra panels from the dashboard you have been working on. Would you be interested in helping us improve the dashboard?

Sure thing, please share the internal dashboard you use through a PR, and let's improve it in one go. Will be happy to help
