I could see a two part approach to this

1. make sure everything there is still relevant / links are still working
2. consider pruning / adding new resources.

awesome you are tackling this @resource11! also keep in mind that this list is very selective. it should be related to a11y + SG and only authors/sources that we trust. if there is a resource directly related to a pattern it should live with that actual pattern, not the resource page, unless we make a new section on this page dedicated to duplicating those resources...something to maybe consider.
