As part of our effort to represent the full metadata in DDS, we want to add the ability to load previously created Define-XML files or targeted content from those define.xml files. This could help generate a baseline DDS and automate the generation of a baseline Define-XML. Baseline Define-XML have curated defaults that may be modified to support a specific study.
