Investigate setting up airbrake monitoring

Do we want/need to setup airbrake for monitoring errors & exceptions? Or if we don't think we need it on every project at least include it in the decision wizard?

That's a great idea!! It'll likely require different implementations in angular vs. react, but we can also implement it in the core too.
