Accept everything and read for free

I have been seeing this kind of cookie prompts lately where Concent-O-Matic deals with everything and then it asks me to either pay to read without tracking or accept all the cookies and read the website for free:

Is there anything that can be done about these kind of prompts?

The example is from https://www.directoalpaladar.com/, but I have seen it in other websites.

Currently facing the same issue with https://www.independent.co.uk/ and a few other UK based tabloid sites.

Would be useful to use alongside https://github.com/dibollinger/CookieBlock
