今はDRAW_READYで全員の準備出来たら最後の人のクライアント情報使って発火みたいなことをしてる
→DRAW_STARTでwaitgroupみたいなの持って全員準備出来たらホストのクライアント情報使って発火が良さそう

クライアントの数が可変なのでそこもうまくやらないといけないけど

odai、answerも同様
