This repo contains the CASH infrastructure puppet configuration, but is also used for developer Vagrant VMs. We should rename it to reflect that it's not just for Rackspace VMs.

This will also require some changes on the servers to point to the new repo name (though github repo redirects might just handle it for us anyway.
