Hey there, that's pretty odd. Can you email [email protected] with the details you entered, so I can see if there was something in particular that might have triggered this?
I can also check our Mandrill logs, to see if something went south there.
Tried to set up a new CASH Music account today here:

Never received an email for login (checked spam folder too). I double-checked all the data I entered. Did it again. Still doesn't work.
I tried the forgot-my-password route and never got that email either.
Not sure if I just need to wait longer for an email (been 45m) or if something is wrong on your end or just classic user error (me).
